This library is part of OT4 and need not extra be loaded if you load OT4. 
On the other hand, ot4.lib contains many useful commands and tools (including
the compressor BZ, a SysRPL-program decomposer and creator, etc.) and may be 
used independently. For a documentation of the commands see ot4.doc.
