A programmable contrast changer for the 49/49+
The contrast can be adjusted with ON_hold_+ and ON_hold_- as is well known. This key combination also works in most closed environments like in filers, in edit mode, while reading with Headman etc. But there is no command usable in programs which activates two directly pressed keys, + and - say, for contrast adjusting while all other keys are inactive for a moment. Of course, with the exception of CANCEL which is generally used to leave a particular environement.
Contr is a very small program which does it. Just press Contr. Nothing happens until + or - are pressed to change the contrast. These two keys are repeaters, i.e., if longer hold, contrast change cumulates. All other keys simply beep, except CANCEL which tacidly leaves this particular contrast adjustment environement.
