The "Frequently asked Questions" (FAQ) file of the Usenet newsgroup comp.ai.neural-nets has moved.

I (Lutz Prechelt) was its maintainer since December 1995, when Warren Sarle took it over. I still have the old version as of December 1995 here locally, but you will probably want to visit the current version as maintained by Warren.
