The VideoMath festival receives broad support by many people and organisations which is greatly acknowledged. More than 100 entries were submitted for the VideoMath Festival. Many groups worked day and night to meet the deadline. Many of them produced their first video. We thank all contributors!

Although it was difficult for the entrepeneurs to compete with the more experienced research groups, we encourage all submitters to continue this work. The genre of mathematical films is still at its beginnings!

The jury did magnificent work by judging the rather diverse submissions (more than 20 hours video) and finding such a good balance of appealing aesthetical works, didactical gems, and brillant research work.
