Research
My recent research focuses on the modeling and simulation of reactive, compressible flows. Auto-ignition phenomena are a particular focus. I am interested in the modeling of multi-physics problems, especially in engineering applications, and the creation of numerical software for their simulation.

- Index of pregraduate, study related content content (Seminars, etc. In German.)
- Open-Source content related to SFB 1029:
Installation script to automate Cantera compilation(Out of date)- Patch to make the EDL Shock & Detonation Toolbox work with Cantera ≥ 2.0
- I also wrote a MPI Matlab extension which is able to interchange any Matlab objects between the hosts using OpenMPI directly, and, for the SEC simulation, a chemical kinetics extension using the kinetics data in the Flamemaster Format by Heinz Pitsch. Right now, both are not open-sourced yet, though I plan to release the code in the future. Feel free to contact me if you're interested. If you are from the institute, you can access the code in gitlab - just send me a note and I'll give you read access.
- Please contact me via Email for access to the SEC simulation for SFB 1029
- Gliding time sheet for Open Office (Libre Office): I dislike the FUB default sheet. Its painfully slow in Open office. This generic version works for all years.
