• Long-term behavior of nonlinear highly oscillatory dynamical systems;

  • application to conformational dynamics of biomolecules
    One molecule, different conformations:
    Transitions between two conformations are rare events.
    How to compute the transition rate when long-term simulation is inappropriate?
